Since January 10, 2008 Strategic has purchased 3,588,500 shares at an average price of $0.28 under three successive Normal Course Issuer Bids.
As per the terms of the current Normal Course Issuer Bid (share buy back plan), Strategic is able to purchase up to 8,400,000 of its common shares for the period of November 25, 2011 to November 24, 2012.
