Strategic Metals Ltd. has the largest property portfolio in the Yukon, with more than 150 properties assembled by an accomplished exploration team utilizing a proprietary database. • a 9.9% interest in ATAC Resources, which has six significant drill discoveries within an emerging Carlin-style gold district at its Rackla Gold Project in east-central Yukon;
• a 32.8% interest in Rockhaven Resources Ltd., which has identified large high-grade and bulk-tonnage gold-silver zones at the Klaza Property in the southern part of the Dawson Gold Belt, Yukon; and
• a 19.5% interest in Silver Range Resources Ltd., where a maiden resource estimate of nearly 40 million ounces of silver was recently announced for the Keg Deposit, one of 24 silver bearing mineral zones identified to date at the Silver Range Project located near Faro, Yukon.

To retain the potential for a significant discovery premium, Strategic advances select high-potential projects on a wholly-owned basis. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Midas Touch Project, covering 1,200 sq km of favourable stratigraphy adjacent to significant new Carlin-style drill discoveries made by ATAC Resources and Anthill Resources. The Midas Touch project includes the Nad property, located only 400 m and along trend from Anthill's new Venus gold discovery, where initial drilling returned 9.76 g/t gold over 38.7 m. The Nad property has never been drilled and preliminary surface work has identified sizeable gold and pathfinder geochemical anomalies associated with realgar-orpiment mineralization. The Crag East property is situated in covered terrain only 7 km to the south of ATAC's new Anubis discovery, and is characterized by a strong pathfinder geochemical signature of a similar intensity and magnitude to ATAC's Anubis and Osiris areas. Exploration in 2013 will include initial drilling at the Nad property together with detailed prospecting and follow-up sampling throughout the Midas Touch project.
