In late 2004, Strategic Metals Ltd. sold seven uranium or IOCG properties to Twenty-Seven Capital Corp. and received 5,000,000 common shares in return. Strategic subsequently acquired 650,000 more common shares of Twenty-Seven Capital Corp. for a current total of 5,650,000. Twenty-Seven Capital Corp. is the object of a take-over bid by Mega Uranium Ltd.
