Vein, Stockwork or Replacement Prospects
The majority of Strategic's properties are in this category. The most common metal of interest on these prospects is gold, but copper, silver, lead and zinc are also present at some of them.
Well known deposits of this type in Yukon include: the mines of the Keno Hill silver district, the recently discovered White Gold and Arn gold deposits and the former Brewery Creek, Ketza, Mt. Nansen, and Mt. Skookum gold mines.
Strategic's prospects show a number of similarities to one or more of the known deposits.
The Eureka, Antimony Mountain and Airstrip properties are subject to optional sales agreements with Golden Predator Royalty & Development Corp., and the Timber property is under option to Cortez Gold Corp.
Surface work is scheduled for 2010 at several recently acquired gold prospects.
